Where & when do I pick up my sourdough orders?
Orders are available for pick up on Saturdays only. The Friday before your pick up day, you will get an email with the pick up address and reminding you of the pick up time. Generally, pick up is always between 9am-7pm unless there is a special consideration made. Items are placed outside, so if you do not pick up until later, please be aware that condensation can occur in your bags.
What if I want to pick up my sourdough on a different day?
Generally, I am not able to offer items on different days. However, for large orders or catering orders, I can be flexible. Feel free to message me with any requests.
What happens if I forget to pick up my sourdough order?
A reminder email and text or call will be sent to you on pick up day if you miss the pick up window. If you still do not pick up, you have 24 hours to contact me and make arrangements to get your items. If you do not do so, your item will be donated and no refund or remake will be issued. If you have an emergency, please reach out.
Refund/Return Policy:
All items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. If there is an issue with one of your items, please reach out and I will work with you to reconcile the issue.
