Welcome to my microbakery - all of the flours I use are 100% organic, non-enriched, non-bromated, non-GMO, and have no additives. I use local eggs, organic cane sugar, organic maple syrup, organic dairy products, and local raw honey. I am always striving to bring you real, good-quality products that I can stand behind. Below you will find my weekly offerings - there are specialty flavors for the month, and occasional surprise specials during the week. Be sure to check back as the menu changes. Orders for porch pick up on Saturdays can be placed by Wednesday at 5 pm EST every week. Orders placed after Wednesday will be for the following week.
