At Graceful Collective, every loaf is handcrafted with care using high-quality ingredients and traditional sourdough methods. Due to the nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Thrifted items are not eligible for return or refund either. Please make sure to ask any questions about measurements or sizing ahead of time to ensure it fits!

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please reach out to us at thegracefulcollective.co@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. We are happy to discuss any concerns and will do our best to make things right.
