Bagel Ingredients: flour, water, sourdough starter (flour, water), sugar, salt, honey.
Everything: seasoning includes salt, black sesame seeds, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, and poppy seeds
Cinnamon sugar: butter, organic cane sugar, organic cinnamon and flour
Fermented for at least 8 hours, so good for gluten intolerant folks
